When you join the Mitchem newsletter, you agree to receive email updates about new songs, music videos, and releases from Roger Mitchem and his team.

What this form saves

Your email address, signup date, subscription status, and a record of the consent you gave. A random unsubscribe token is stored so you can leave the list without signing in. Temporary hashed network identifiers help limit automated submissions; the form does not store your raw IP address.

How your information is used

The artist’s authorized administrators can view and export the list to send the updates you requested. Subscription records are stored with the site’s hosting provider. The public website does not display your email address. This form does not sell subscriber data or enroll you in unrelated marketing.

Leaving the list

Use the unsubscribe link included in a newsletter to stop future updates. You do not need to create an account. An opted-out record may be kept to avoid sending you further messages. For deletion requests, reply to a newsletter and ask the Mitchem team to remove your record.

Videos and social links

The featured video uses YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embedded player. Loading or playing the video connects your browser to YouTube and is subject to Google’s privacy practices. The YouTube and Instagram links open those services, which apply their own privacy practices.

Music purchases

Bandcamp and elasticStage handle listening, purchases, payment information, and their own privacy practices on their websites. This site does not collect payment details.
